Attached to the owner’s 17th-century cottage, with own patio, seating area and shared use of 1-acre grounds. There is a pub and well-equipped, friendly post office within ½ mile of the cottage. Denver Sluice offers pub with restaurant and there is sailing along the River Ouse. Welney Wetland Centre, a 1000-acre nature reserve for wetland birds is a must for any enthusiast. The beaches and RSPB nature and bird reserves are found along the North Norfolk Coast. Shop/PO and pub ½ mile.
