Ground Floor:The accommodation has oil central heating and comprises:
Entrance: leads to kitchen/diner with fitted pine units, pine table and seating for 6, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher.
Steps lead down to.


Living room: With maple floor, leather sofas and wood burning stove, TV and radio/ CD player.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1
: With double bed, en-suite with wash basin, W.C. and shower.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With four poster bed.


Bathroom: With shower over bath.
Separate toilet. All fuel for the background heating, all power, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial supply for the wood burning stove provided with further supplies available direct from the owner at a nominal price.  Cot and highchair available on request.

Open plan garden to the front with splendid views, further area to the rear with table, chairs and barbecue.  Parking for 3 cars, further off road parking available if required.   Two small well behaved pets welcome (sorry no cats) which must be kept downstairs. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. The property is accessed by a rough track.

Sprink Farm cottages are the perfect escape when looking for a rural and quiet retreat. Dovedale (CC412015) is a delightful barn conversion that overlooks some outstanding scenery.  The living room and kitchen/dining room have beamed ceilings and exposed walls, making this a stunning property in a fabulous tranquil location.  Bodgers End (UK35585) is a rural cottage where you can enjoy the village life. This property boasts two bedrooms, a double with a beautiful four-poster bed and the second is a twin room with a sink and vanity unit. There is also a family bathroom with an overhead shower. Downstairs you will find a comfortable and cosy living room with a wood burner and a kitchen equipped with all the appliances required for a comfortable stay.

Ostlers End (UK35586) is a stunning, old cottage bursting with character and original features. You enter the property into the cosy and welcoming living room with a wonderful wood burner for you to enjoy. From here you walk through into the kitchen/dining room where you have everything you to cook up a storm as well as patio doors leading to the communal garden. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize four poster bed, there is a double bedroom with sink and vanity unit, and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The cottages are a short walk from Hartington village where you will find two friendly pubs and the most wonderful cheese shop you will ever come across where you can stock up on cheese and wine for nights in front of the wood burner.

Further out of the village, you can reach many surrounding towns such as Buxton, Ashbourne, Bakewell, and Matlock which are enjoyable to explore in their own ways. If you enjoy fishing to pass your day, angling on the River Dove can be arranged by the owners on request. The Peak District with its rolling hills has walking trails/paths galore! You can walk for miles without needing to drive at all.
