Formerly a working malthouse, this unique building is steeped in history and has been converted into a collection of apartments, which simply ooze charm and character. This lovely apartment is situated on the first floor which can be accessed via stairs or a fully operational lift if preferred. This bright and airy apartment enjoys views across the town. Set all on one level, you enter the property into a large, bright, and airy hallway leading you straight through into the modern kitchen/dining/ living room. The kitchen area is finished with sleek white gloss units with all appliances integrated, the perfect kitchen to host some great meals.

The living area offers the opportunity to cosy up on the two sofas after a fun filled day exploring the town. Across the hall you will find two double bedrooms both occupying kingsize beds and the bathroom situated between the two bedrooms.
