Amble has a thriving, popular Sunday morningmarket and Amble Harbour Village with fifteen retail pods, both popular with locals and visitors.

From the harbour you can take a Puffin Boat trip over to Coquet Island to see the RSPB bird sanctuary. The pretty village of Warkworth is just 3 miles away with its hillside castle, free parking, selection of cafés and pubs, and a couple of small bespoke shops.
A few miles further takes you to Alnwick with the Duke’s castle, featured in Downton Abbey and used as part of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films. The Duchess’ water gardens with spectacular grand cascade and the world’s largest treehouse restaurant should not be missed.
