Hurst House has a great location on Main Street in St Bees and is within walking distance of several pubs and places to eat. Recently converted from a sandstone industrial building and new to the market for Summer 2022, this property offers an excellent base to explore the West-Cumbrian Coast and The Lake District National Park.

With a short drive from St Bees, you can easily reach several Fells and Lakes.

Within 0. 8 miles of the cottage there is a beautiful sandy beach that is great for exercising your pets and taking a breath of fresh air. There are pubs and restaurants in St Bees centre, and you can leave the car behind and take the train to many nearby towns. In less than 200 yards, you will find St Bees station, several pubs, a restaurant and a convenience store. In just a few minutes, you can walk to the historic St Bees priory which dates to the 11th century. In addition to walking, biking, and climbing in some of the most beautiful scenery in England, you are just 10 miles from The Lake District National Park. Your nearest lake is Ennerdale, one of the most unspoiled parts of The Lake District where you may spot buzzards, red squirrels, or ospreys.
