Betsy Cottage enjoys an ideal, central location in the heart of Windermere, close to a host of excellent shops, bars and restaurants that provide everything you’ll need for a self-catering holiday in the Lake District. Some lovely walks can be enjoyed straight from the door to Orrest Head where you can take in magnificent vistas of Windermere from one of the areas best view points or why nottake a tour on an open top bus or enjoy a trip on one of the famous Windermere Lake Steamers and take in the views from a rather different perspective?
