The Deer Loft is ituated in its own valley, in the peaceful grounds of the owner’s home, in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Watch deer graze the fields beyond, the sound of woodpeckers and tawny owls nearby, and buzzards swooping from the skies above. With steps leading up to this beautifully finished loft-style conversion, step inside and you’ll find a spacious, open plan living area, with comfortable corner sofa to sink into after a day of exploring, sharing in the picturesque views, leading through to the master en-suite bedroom with kingsize bed.

Outside, bright mornings can be spent eating breakfast on the bistro table and chairs in the private garden below, whilst come evening wrap up in a blanket, with a glass of wine or mug of hot chocolate in hand and nestle together around the fire pit, with the backdrop of the surrounding countryside and wildlife.
Nestled beneath the Wye Downs Nature Reserve, just 25 minutes from historic Canterbury, and located on The Pilgrims Way, those who wish to explore on foot will be spoilt for choice, with a choice of beautiful walks on your doorstep.

A 5-minute drive taking you into the quaint village of Wye, where a selection of locally renowned cafés, seaside town of Folkestone, with vibrant harbour arm dotted with pop-up eateries and golden sand beach, as well as the charming cobbled streets of Hythe, with its picturesque Military Canal and beach front promenade that stretches for miles.
