This semi-detached holiday cottage, attached to the owners home, is located in a peaceful, rural setting along a quiet lane, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The historic market town of Romsey, 3 miles, is often referred to as ’the jewel in the crown of Hampshire’, with Romsey Abbey, King John’s House and a variety of independent shops, cafés and restaurants making it a popular place to visit. The cities of Winchester and Salisbury both have magnificent cathedrals, historic buildings and excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Stockbridge and Southampton are also a short drive away. Broadlands and Hilliers Gardens are nearby, the New Forest and the coast are within easy reach. The National Trust owned Mottisfont Abbey is just up the road, and the River Test is on the doorstep for fishing. Paultons Park, the home of Peppa Pig World makes a fantastic day out for families. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
