Enclosed patio garden with table and 4 chairs. Parking for 2-3 cars. There is a small field 20 metres away that can be used for ball games etc. There is also a shed with a washing machine that can be used to store bikes (this is not secure but the property is in a quiet location, on a private farm away from any neighbours or members of the public).

This self catering holiday cottage has been sustainably built and offers a bright, fresh base from which to explore the area. When you wake in the morning you can take breakfast on the patio, whilst enjoying the views and getting to know your neighbours - the horse and sheep in the fields next door!
Grove Cottage is a real escape to the country, yet it is close to Stone Street and is only a 20 minute drive to Canterbury, Folkestone and Ashford - perfect to spend some time in the city or perhaps even a day trip to France.
Inside, the cottage let offers comfortable accommodation with an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, from which you can look out of the window and over the rolling fields. If you are lucky the owners’ horse will even stop by to say hello! The second bedroom has a single bed.
