Rose Cottage is thought to date from the 16th Century. It is situated on the hillside at the end of a row, adjacent to the owner’s home offering glimpses of the sea from the front sitting out area. A woodburner makes this holiday cottage an ideal getaway for all seasons. Stroll down the hill into the Cinque Port of Hythe with its shops, restaurants and beach. Take a walk or cycle along the tow path of The Royal Military Canal. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
Need a hand deciding - country retreat or cottage by the sea? South of England has wonderful wildlife. You will see cottages that welcome dogs in Sussex, Berkshire or London - some have beaches close by.
