Kia Rosa is a large spacious, detached family holiday home with off road parking for up to three cars and an enclosed rear garden. The property can accommodate up to eight guests in total across its four bedrooms. It offers a spacious twin bedroom on the ground floor as well as a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet, and alternative rear entrance with two steps, making it ideal for less mobile guests. This beautifully furnished and well-equipped holiday home makes a great base, and is located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, and is just a short stroll from the marvellous beach at Appley.

The stretches of sand at Ryde offer fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth, with the landmark Spinnaker Tower forming an impressive backdrop to a busy shipping channel, where you can watch a range of freight, passenger and military vessels.
Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoeing lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do locally. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go crabbing, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.

There are numerous attractions across the island to discover for all ages, including The Needles, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Make sure you take time to visit Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and its gardens, and Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK.
