Situated down a quiet country lane leading only to a small farm, this quaint self catering cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside with beautiful woodland and two lakes belonging to the owners nearby, one of which is ideal for keen anglers, just a short walk away beyond the nearby field.
With a spacious lawned garden, your days can be spent relaxing with a good book and a cool drink looking out over the garden gate to the picturesque lake in the owners garden beyond, or exploring the delights that this beautiful area of Sussex has to offer.


From the stunning coastline, with Winchelsea beach within a short drive, to the rolling countryside that awaits on your doorstep, with Hastings Country Park nearby, and the renowned 1066 walking route leading directly from Garden Cottage through miles of pretty scenery to Battle. The winding cobbled streets of the hilltop town of Rye can also be reached within a 15 minute drive.

The location really couldn’t be better! Comfortably furnished, the views into the garden from the sitting room are quite delightful, whilst the log burner means you will be cosy even on those winters evenings.
