Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 fenced ponds, 10 yards from the property.

Close to the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye with its cobbled streets, tea rooms and art galleries and ideally based for exploring the East Sussex and Kent countryside.

A walker’s paradise - enjoy the farm’s extensive footpath network, see the lambs and apple blossom in the Spring or venture to Camber Castle, Bodiam Castle and Battle Abbey, just a short drive away. If gardens are your passion, then Pashley Manor, Great Dixter and Bedgebury Pinetum are all worth visiting. Fishing, private beauty treatments and local health centre/swimming pool day passes are available by arrangement.
