Entering into the cottage you have a spacious, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with air-conditioning, where you can gather as a family. Be sure to open the shutters and bi-fold doors to welcome in the views as you relax in the well-equipped kitchen.

Children will love the ladder-style climb to the attic room, and leading from the living space with just a few steps, you have a lower ground floor double bedroom with en-suite facilities. You can also access the rear patio from the bedroom.
You are situated in the hamlet of Ewhurst, with its local store, restaurant and welcoming pub. Just down the road is Hurtwood Park and Polo Club, one of the UK’s only polo clubs of its kind, where you can access various facilities and events throughout the year.
