This beautiful converted oast house has 2 bedrooms and a marvellous galleried first floor living room which oozes style and gives a contemporary twist to this lovely Grade II listed oast. This Sussex accommodation is of a high standard throughout. Of particular note is the large granite island in the kitchen, which is perfect for enjoying good company and aperitifs whilst preparing locally sourced Sussex fair. There is underfloor heating throughout, powered by an air source heat pump, giving the cottage great green credentials. There’s an extra luxurious feel within the oast, as well as Sky TV for those cosy evenings in front of a good film.
The property is within the grounds of a working farm and adjacent to the owners property and gardens. There is a small terrace and, beyond the owner’s garden, a grassed area with lovely views set aside for the guests. In the stable yard behind the oast house there is parking for up to two cars. A shared tennis court is available for guests also.
