The Coastal Hideaway is a four bedroom holiday home situated nearby to the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth, perfect for guests looking for a quiet break away with easy access to the beach and local amenities.
After a fun-filled day exploring East Devon, you can kick back on the sofas, relax and watch your favourite programme on the freeview TV. A set of patio doors open out into the garden which has outdoor seating, a lovely spot for relaxing in the sunshine and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a lovely meal. Heading up to the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single room. There is also a bathroom on this floor for the three bedrooms to share. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom which has a double bed, dressing table, smart TV and an en-suite shower room.
The property is located just a couple of minutes away from a supermarket and is also a short walk from bus routes into Sidmouth or Exeter. This is the perfect coastal base for couples or families with free parking. Just a 4-minute drive into Sidmouth with its pebbled and sandy beach, distinctive red cliffs, and green hills in the distance. Beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, Regency history, beaches, and friendly shops, are all close by in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sidmouth offers everything you could need with shops, restaurants, cafés, and pubs as well as a beautiful beach, swimming pool, cinema, theatre and golf club to keep you busy.
Stroll along the promenade taking in the beautiful views of the Jurassic coastline which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history.
Why not visit one of the many National Trust properties nearby, such as Bicton Park, or take a trip to Crealy Adventure Park, great for children. For walkers, the coastal path to Branscombe, Beer and Seaton is fantastic, or Dartmoor National Park is within a 30-minute drive. Other places of interest include the Donkey Sanctuary near Seaton, as well as Seaton Tramway.
There are many activities to enjoy such as windsurfing, sailing, walking, birdwatching, golf and tennis, to name but a few. For a taste of city life, Exeter is just 20 miles away with its stunning cathedral and many shops.
