The vista from Pencreek’s open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and two of its spacious bedrooms are some of the most delightful uninterrupted views in St Mawes. From the seven yard long balcony you have views of the harbour and quay, Summers Beach through to Falmouth Bay, sweeping in the River Percuil at Place, the boat moorings and the partly wooded National Trust St Anthony Headland. On clearer days it is possible to see the English Channel the Manacles on the Lizard Peninsula including the Helford Estuary.

You enter the property at the ground floor into a small entrance lobby which provides access to both the stairs to the first floor and a small utility area with washing machine, tumble drier and the oil fired boiler.
