Economy 7 central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Patio with garden furniture. 9-acre meadowland (shared). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring.
