Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet (also accessed from living room). Bedroom 2: With single bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Gas central heating (£50 per week/£30 per short break Oct-May, pay on arrival), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

This charming, single-storey, semi-detached holiday cottage, with the owner living next door, and within the grounds of 23376 and 30152, has been lovingly renovated with exposed timber beams, oak floors and Egyptian artefacts. Sit and relax in front of the delightful wood burner, entertain in the open plan kitchen/dining room or dine al fresco in the pretty courtyard garden. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Broughton-in-Furness, the beautiful Dudden Valley, Coniston Water and Lake Windermere are within half an hour’s drive, as well as the South Lakes Animal Park at Dalton, Muncaster Castle and Gardens and Holker Hall and Gardens. Visit attractions such as the popular owl sanctuary and the Ravenglass to Eskdale Miniature Steam Railway. Also visit the Roman Bath in the Eskdale Valley and the Hardknott Roman Fort. Lake Coniston, with its many walking and cycling routes is also within easy reach. The reserves at Walney Island and Hodbarrow are great for bird watching. Tennis courts are available for hire in the village. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
