This ‘little gem’ of a cottage provides a carefully furnished home from home, with a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace and beech wood units in the kitchen and with some stunning walks and scenic drives from the door; a footpath runs alongside the house leading to Stickle Pyke. Easy touring of this spectacular region takes in Muncaster Castle, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Steam Railway, Coniston Water and Hardknott Fort, to name but a few. Shop 1 mile, country pub 2 miles.
