Leveret Lodge is the ideal place to tour this pretty part of Kent’s Garden of England. Surrounded by fields and orchards, its rural setting belies the fact that you can be in the heritage City of Canterbury or on the beach in just 15 minutes!. Ground Floor
Large, open plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting room all on one level, with high vaulted ceilings
The kitchen is well equipped with an island unit and breakfast bar, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 people and the sitting room has one sofa and one sofa bed, with french doors opening out onto the garden.
TV with freeview, DVD player and DVDs, games and books.
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2), King size bed, wardrobe, TV with freeview, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Nature lovers will enjoy a stay in Leveret Lodge. It is just minutes from the pretty Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve which is a unique area of wetland with marshes, reedbeds, lakes and woodland that is home to a rich variety of wildlife especially water birds. It also has over 6 kilometres of footpaths, including a circular walk around the whole site, with two super pubs on route, to stop off for refreshments.
This is also a great base for touring this exciting part of East Kent. Canterbury is a short drive away, and the lovely traditional coastal towns of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate are also close at hand. You’ll be so spoilt for choice, you’ll want to stay longer!
Inside Leveret Lodge you will find a large, light, bright and spacious open plan living space with high vaulted ceilings, and french doors leading to an enclosed garden, perfect for young children and the family dog.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms add to the comfort and there is a sofa bed in the sitting room for extra guests. Leveret Lodge may accommodate 6 adults with prior arrangement with the owner.
