The Hollies is a traditional mid-terrace house located on a quiet residential road between Ventnor and Bonchurch. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the centre of Ventnor with its seafront and beaches. Internally, this four bedroom spacious home has been finished to a high standard throughout. The open plan kitchen and dining area is the perfect place to hold family dinners and benefits from direct access to the garden through large patio doors. Externally, there is a spacious enclosed lawned garden and a patio furnished with a table and seating for eight.
Ventnor is a charming town situated on the South Coast - claimed to be one of the warmest areas of the island. The seafront is home to a selection of cafes, interesting independent shops, amusements, the harbour and a beautiful sandy beach – perfect for entertaining the whole family. Just a short drive away is one of the prettiest places on the island, Steephill Cove. Situated just south of Ventnor, Steephill Cove is a traditional, unspoilt fishing cove with a safe, sandy beach, nestled between rocky cliffs and smugglers’ coves.
A short drive along the coast is the popular seaside resort of Shanklin. Here, the seafront is the focal point and features several eating establishments and pubs. Shanklin Old Village is a small part of Shanklin itself and contains some of the oldest dwellings, the majority of them thatched. It is on a slightly lower level than the town of Shanklin and is famous for its small gift shops and tea rooms
