With a beautiful view over the small marina and only a short journey into the Quayside and city centre, this stunning town house has been furnished inside and out with great attention to detail.
With two lounges offering a fabulous view, the upper lounge having a lovely balcony to sit out on and a west facing sunny sitting out area overlooking the Marina with a drop-down bar and integrated firepit and seating area. Marina View is a delightful holiday home with modern touches including remote control lighting, large Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Dot and even a printer should you want to do a little work from home. Beautifully furnished throughout with three generous sized bedrooms, (the third bedroom is for alternative sleeping only, as the property sleeps a maximum of 2 people), two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath, it is a perfect base for couples or friends to spend some quality time catching up in a lovely location very close to the Quayside and Centre.
The modern kitchen even has a special cooler to keep both red and white wine ideal when you want to just sit and relax outside around the lovely bespoke sitting out area with night time lighting, and enjoy the view and ambience of overlooking this small marina.
There is a pub only a short walk set on the marina should you wish to venture out for some local hospitality. There is a bus service which runs frequently running along the quayside then into town.
Marina View is a fantastic place to stay, nice and quiet away from the noise and bustle of the centre, offering you the best of both worlds being so close to town yet set in this peaceful setting. The owner has left two bikes should you wish to set off cycling along the river.
Visit Newcastle and have a lovely picture taken in front of the Tyne or Millenium Bridge both famous landmarks of Newcastle. Visit Grey Street with a vast strip of bars and cafés with something for all ages and perhaps book into The Theatre Royal also set on Grey Street.
