This luxury, elegant apartment with views towards the sea is only 200 yards from Longsands beach one of the top beaches in England in this buzzing seaside town. Tynemouth has something for all age groups and is perfect for that much deserved short break or your annual holiday. With a choice of fabulous Blue Flag beaches favoured by surfers all year round and the charming Priory, and a lovely flat promenade stretching all along to Whitley Bay this is a wonderful place to relax and spend a few days.
All situated on the first floor with airy high ceilings, original Victorian charm and a large imposing living room, the modern kitchen fitted in 2021 has all the modern appliances including an ice maker in the fridge, coffee machine and everything you need in a modern kitchen, and two good size bedrooms.

This contemporary style apartment is only three or four minutes from the centre with its abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes catering for all tastes. The large front windows are ideal for sitting looking over Percy Park Green and the sea.
Stroll along the seafront onto Whitley Bay, stopping off at the Spanish City Champagne bar perhaps on the way, Whitley bay Playhouse is home to regular music events. Whitley Bay and Tynemouth both have plenty to see and do with a Sea Life Centre, Boating Lake, Waves Swimming Pool, amusements, ice cream parlours and a good choice of shops. Tynemouth has a much-loved indoor weekend market housed in the Metro Station full of vintage collectables and is popular with locals who travel miles to visit known locally as the northern Covent garden.

Nearby North Shields has a busy Fish Quay lined with seafood cafes and restaurants where you can also busy the catch of the day.
Nearby the metro takes you into Newcastle City should you wish to explore and visit the Baltic or Sage on the famous Quayside. Whilst in the North East a visit to The Angel of the North is a must as is a trip up the stunning Northumberland heritage coast to see some of the historic castles and perhaps take in a visit to Alnwick Castle to delight in some of the thrills of the Harry Potter story. There is so much to see and do in this super friendly area visitors are sure to want to return time and again.
