Extra Amenities

These three holiday bungalows (refs 30030, 30031 and UK10334) benefits from a superb, extensive panoramic view across The Solent to the mainland with the iconic Needles also visible a short distance along the cliff top walk. Their elevated cliff-top position offers a peaceful escape and offers a fabulous vantage point for watching sailing vessels and the world go by, but care must be taken with children at all times. Pitch and putt, crazy golf, football goals and a children’s play area can also be found on-site, a few minutes from the properties. Situated on the north western coast of the Isle of Wight, the location also serves as a great base to explore all that the western side of the island has to offer and is ideal for walkers, cyclists and families alike, providing stunning sea views and dramatic coastal scenery.
The fantastic Colwell Bay is located a short walk away, and is one of the most picturesque beaches in the west.

There are again spectacular views across The Solent to mainland England, with clear, calm waters and gently sloping sand and shingle, it’s an ideal beach for swimming. There is a bar, restaurant and a café to try the exquisite seafood, experience some of the finest sunsets or enjoy a stroll along to neighbouring Totland Bay. For surfers and kite surfing enthusiasts, there is Compton Bay a short drive away. One of the Isle of Wight’s best kept secrets, Compton offers a 2 mile stretch of contrasting dark and golden sands, with rolling seas, and a stunning backdrop of multi-coloured sandstone cliffs. It’s also a great place to go fossil hunting, you can actually book tours on the beach to see the dinosaur footprints that are exposed in the sandstone ledge at Hanover Point when at low tide.
Whether you want to explore or just unwind, Solent Point can offer you everything you need for the perfect holiday.

There are numerous attractions to discover for all ages on this beautiful sunny island. The Needles Landmark attraction is a must see and is a short distance away to the west, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Why not pay a visit to Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and its gardens, perhaps Blackgang Chine which is the oldest themed attraction in the UK, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Tapnell Farm Park, Carisbrooke Castle or the world renowned sailing town of Cowes. Whatever you decide, one things for sure, the Isle of Wight has plenty to offer. Beach ½ mile. Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
The properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 12 guests
