. Solent Cottage is set in the coastal town of Yarmouth just a few hundred yards from the sea. This smart holiday home is Grade ll listed dating back to the 1700s. The town, famed for it sailing and fishing history, still retains its olde worlde charm, with cobbled lanes, inns, restaurants, shops, church, promenade and pier. The island has a good bus network and numerous walking and cycling routes and tourist parking permits can be purchased using PayByPhone from the council. Guests can walk from the ferry terminus to the property. Shop and pub 200 yards.
