A pretty Victorian terraced cottage nestling quietly in a cosy position adjacent to the square in the fishing village of Portscatho. All the local amenities including the village store, post office, butchers and beaches are all within easy walking distance. On the ground floor the living room has two settees, comfortable armchairs and occasional furnishings, along with a Freeview TV and open fire. The fully fitted kitchen and dining room has ample cupboards and worktops, appliances include a dishwasher and microwave. The spacious light dining area has a large table and chairs with French doors to the patio area. The bathroom at the rear of the house is equipped with a shower over the bath and toilet. By the bathroom is a small utility area with a washing machine and fridge/freezer. On the first floor are three bedrooms, bedroom one has a kingsize bed, bedroom two has a built in single bed and both have large Georgian windows and glimpses of the sea. Bedroom three has twin beds and overlooks the patio at the rear. The pretty private rear patio is equipped with furniture and a barbecue.
