Sleeping two guests, this charming property is ideal for a couples getaway. Sit out and enjoy breakfast in the gravelled garden or take a leisurely stroll to the beach. After a busy day exploring, retreat back to this cosy cottage which offers many comforts including two Freeview TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and a welcome pack, ensuring guests feel right at home. Beadnell is one of the county’s hidden treasures, with beaches and traditional amenities. Seahouses, 2 miles, still has a working harbour where boat trips may be taken to see the seals on the Farne Islands. Visit Bamburgh Castle, with its much photographed romantic beach or Alnwick, 12 miles, with its famous castle used in the Harry Potter films and enchanting water gardens. Take a trip across the causeway (at low tide) to Holy Island, a few miles further up the rugged and unspoilt coastline. Shops, restaurants and pubs 200 yards.
