There are two generously sized bedrooms, comprising one comfortable double and one twin.

This makes the property particularly well suited to families, couples travelling together or grandparents holidaying with grandchildren. The bungalow layout also makes the accommodation practical and easy to enjoy.
Outside, the enclosed garden provides a private spot to relax in the sunshine, enjoy a morning coffee or let younger guests play. There is also useful garden space for storing bikes, making the bungalow an excellent base for a cycling holiday. With quiet country lanes, rolling downland and coastal routes nearby, cyclists can set out to discover the south of the Island at their own pace.
Set in Niton, the bungalow is wonderfully placed for exploring both coast and countryside. Scenic walks lead through the surrounding landscape towards the dramatic Undercliff, St Catherine’s Lighthouse, Castlehaven and Reeth Bay. The nearby Isle of Wight Coast Path rewards walkers with far-reaching sea views, rugged cliffs and hidden coves.
After a day outdoors, stop for refreshments at The Buddle Inn, one of the Island’s oldest coaching inns.

This characterful, centuries-old pub near St Catherine’s Point is steeped in local history and offers an atmospheric place to enjoy a drink or meal.
Nearby Ventnor has a popular beach and a tempting selection of independent cafés and restaurants. Steephill Cove and Ventnor Botanic Garden are further highlights of this beautiful part of the Island.
Families can go fossil hunting with Island Gems or visit the picturesque village of Godshill. For an evening closer to home, Niton itself has The White Lion, a welcoming local pub and restaurant.
