Lacewood Barn is a stunning, purpose built barn conversion which is set within Fernhill Farm, a non-working farm, in a peaceful rural location. Close by and within easy reach is the popular town of Ryde and its surrounding beaches.
Internally, Lacewood Barn retains many character features including wooden beams in the vaulted ceiling and a wood burner that acts as a focal point for the living area. Externally, the patio and enclosed rear garden can be accessed through double doors in the living area and features a table and four chairs, ideal for dining al fresco.

For a range of amenities the town of Wootton with its shops and pubs is just a few minutes’ walk away. There’s a hotel and spa is close to the farm, and Fernhill Farm guests receive a 20% discount off the spa treatments available at the hotel.

The nearby a carvery style pub has lovely views from the garden.
Alternatively, the popular seaside town of Ryde is a short drive away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.
